FOCUS OF PROJECT

This project will focus on the smartphone market, which is part of Samsung's IT & Mobile Communications business division.

The reason for this focus is due to the vibrant dynamics of this product. Smartphones play a vital in a consumers' everyday life. A Nielsen report mentioned that today's device capabilities and operating systems have allowed consumers even more access to multimedia content, and smartphones are evolving mobile habits all around the world. This is especially prevalent as social media and gaming apps are generally the most popular apps used on a day-to-day basis.
