This assignment serves as the finale for our deep dive into this Samsung BrandTech exercise. We are to identify the next strategic challenge for Samsung, which this section will summarize the issues and bring the brand to greater heights.
We have identified several gaps via quantitative and qualitative research conducted. Additionally, we delved into these findings through our BrandTech Workshop exercise, leading us to several insightful findings which were critical for the brand’s future. We have divided the gaps into the following:
